The recipe for this cookie is very simple, from the products that every housewife has in the refrigerator. We don't use oil at all in this recipe. Cheese lovers will definitely appreciate it!
For cooking you will need:
Hard cheese - 100 gr.
Chicken eggs - 2 pcs.
Flour - 2 tablespoons with a slide.
Baking powder - ¼ tsp
Mustard - ¼ tsp
Sweet paprika - ¼ tsp
A mixture of peppers to taste.
Step-by-step cooking recipe:
1. Separate the whites from the yolks.
2. Add a pinch of salt to the proteins and beat with a mixer until stable peaks. This process takes me no more than 1 minute. Beat with a mixer at maximum speed.
Advice: so that the whites are well beaten, the eggs must be taken cold.
3. Add mustard, sweet paprika, pepper to the yolks. Mix with a fork.

4. Add baking powder and finely grated cheese to the flour. We mix.
Advice: to make the cookies even tastier, you can take 2 different types of cheese.
5. Add yolks to the whites and mix them in from bottom to top in a clockwise direction.
Advice: it is better to do this with a silicone or wooden spoon. Metal proteins can fall off.
6. Add flour and cheese in 3 stages.
7. Put parchment on a baking sheet and spread the cookies for 1 tsp. I get 16 pieces.
Advice: use good baking paper to prevent the cookies from sticking.
