Today I want to share a recipe for one of my favorite soups. For all the time I have tried similar in different establishments and the most delicious was in the "Shokoladnitsa") However, not so long ago, there managed to screw it up... (The most important thing that I always pay attention to, in addition to taste, of course, is the color and consistency. Very often, either they forget about the cream altogether, or add too much... And now, my favorite recipe) Bon appetit!

" Champignon cream soup"

Ingredients: Cream 10%, water, onions, vegetable oil, Salt, Pepper, Garlic

Cooking method:

Wash the mushrooms, peel the onions and garlic. ❗️ If you want to cook soup in broth, boil it in advance. You can take chicken. I cooked on water.

Chop garlic, onion and mushrooms at random.

Put onion and garlic in a saucepan and begin to fry. Until the onion is soft.

Add mushrooms and fry vegetables together until mushrooms change color.

Add salt and cream to the saucepan. Pour in water or broth so that the ingredients are no more than 1 cm covered.

Cook the soup for 20 minutes.

Then beat it with a blender until smooth.

❗️ Serve sprinkled with croutons, herbs or thin fried mushroom slices. By the way, you can add cheese cheese for soups (you know this?))) And the taste will become even more intense... But also more fatty! This is also worth remembering.
