Oatmeal cutlets taste like meat! You can hardly tell these oatmeal cutlets from meat cutlets. Surprisingly, this is exactly the case! Cutlets are made with an appetizing, ruddy, crispy crust - very tasty and mega budget!
Ingredients:
Oatmeal - 200 gr.
Water (boiling water) - 200 ml.
Potatoes - 250 gr.
Onions - 1 medium or 2 small.
Garlic - 3 cloves.
Salt - 1 tsp without a slide.
Pepper to taste.
Cooking method:
1. Pour boiling water over the oatmeal and stir.
Leave it for 15 minutes if you have instant flakes or 30 minutes if you have long-boiled oat flakes.
2. Grind the onion and garlic in a blender or on a fine grater.
3. Rub the potatoes on a fine grater. Do not drain the liquid!
4. Add onion, garlic, salt, black pepper, potatoes to the flakes and mix well.

Leave for 10 minutes
5. We moisten our hands in cold water and form patties.
6. Heat the skillet well with vegetable oil and cook the oatmeal cutlets over medium heat under the lid, about 7 minutes on each side.
Cutlets can be served with sour cream.
