Hello! Today, I am preparing a cold appetizer of pork and onions... And, I must say - it's a blast! I saw this recipe on some channel in YouTube - once flashed a second time, the third... For the preparation you need to take:
A piece of boiled pork or beef - 500 grams, without fat
2 large onions
A pod of hot peppers, but it's not for everybody
For the marinade (slightly changed):
1/4 cup of hot water
Juice of one lemon
A teaspoon of mustard
3 tablespoons vinegar
Sex teaspoon salt
Tablespoon sugar
3-4 tablespoons vegetable oil
Spices: coriander, beans, a mixture of peppers, black pepper ...

The first thing, of course, cook the meat! Usually, when you need to cook the meat (especially pork or beef), I cook it at least 1 hour (pork), the meat was very tender. Here you need to meat preserved density - so it should cook for 20-30 minutes less than usual cooking time. Especially on it and it will marinate. In this recipe I used pork, and cooked it for about 40-50 minutes. And the meat must be taken without fat, moderate fat suppose... During cooking, the water add bay leaf, a few peas black pepper, add the cleaned onion, and a little salt. Next, boiled meat cut into thin slices, if properly cook - cut perfectly, not sprawling.

Peeled onions cut into rings or half rings, or a quarter \ rings. And, chopped hot pepper pod, but, as I said, add hot peppers or not - it is only an amateur!

Then pretends "keen eye" the entire volume of the products, take a suitable pan - pot, bowl, even the bank, but preferably with a lid. And lay in her layers of meat and onions with pepper. Set aside until aside ...

Make a marinade. Lemon squeeze all the juice - and then, of course, is filtered through a sieve to get rid of the seeds.

Next, dissolve the salt in hot water, sugar, pour in lemon juice. And, add all the remaining ingredients. About spices - I add a dash. Mix the marinade.

Made meat marinade fill, mix gently, cover lid and remove in a refrigerator for several hours (2-4). During marinating meat mix several times.

Before serving snack you can sprinkle chopped fresh herbs. And again - it is a kick-ass cold appetizer! Try to cook, maybe you will like it.
