When you run out of ideas for interesting dinners or lunches, it's time to remember simple dishes that you will always enjoy. Today I want to offer you to cook excellent minced meat hedgehogs with rice in the oven.
Any mince can be used. Pork, beef, poultry will do. But in any case, it is better to cook the minced meat yourself. I decided to give preference to poultry, skinless and boneless chicken steaks are a great option that will give us a juicy and tasty result.
This dish can be served with different side dishes, vegetables, herbs.

Ingredients:
Chicken steaks - 400 g
Rice - 0.5 cups
Carrots - 1 pc.
Bulb onions - 1 pc.
Tomato sauce - 1 glass
Salt, pepper, garlic - to taste
Chicken eggs - 1 pc.
Granulated sugar - 0.5 tsp
Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.
Description:
Prepare food. Choose chilled, not frozen chicken steaks. Remove the skin from them and cut out the bones.
Pour rice with hot water and leave for 15 minutes alone, or boil it until half cooked. Preheat the oven, set the temperature to 180 degrees.
Transfer the rice to a deep bowl.
Pass the chicken steaks through a meat grinder. You can grind the meat in the bowl of a food processor. Add the minced meat to the rice bowl.
Peel carrots and onions. Grind vegetables and sauté for a few minutes in a little oil.
Transfer the vegetable mixture to the minced meat, beat in a chicken egg and season everything with spices - salt, pepper, dry garlic, the rest is at your discretion.
Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
Grease an oven dish. Make small balls from the prepared mixture. Fit them into shape.
Pour in tomato sauce, throw in some sugar.
Bake the dish for 25 minutes.
After a while, prepare garnish and serve meat hedgehogs to the table.
Enjoy your meal!
