Sometimes you want something sweet, but a little unusual. You can make orange peel jam. This particular version with sea buckthorn, red currant and ginger is Hortex Iced Tea. In general, I have already cooked orange jam, but not yet with sea buckthorn. It happened by accident, I didn't really like Hortex tea and I decided to add it to the jam. # jam # breakfast # christmas # new year # sea buckthorn # dessert # desserts # baby # children
Ingredients: Oranges, Hortex Iced Sea Buckthorn Tea, Sugar
Cooking method:
Wash oranges, cut into pieces. Cut off the skin, cut some skin into thin pieces, add to the orange.
Add Hortex Iced Sea Buckthorn, Red Currant and Ginger Iced Tea. You can add sea buckthorn separately.
Add sugar in a 1 to 1 ratio. I have 2 oranges, 1/2 pack of Hortex tea and about 600 grams of sugar.
Put on fire, adding a little water. Cook, stirring constantly, until sugar dissolves, skimming off the foam.
The readiness of the jam can be done in the following way - drop a drop of syrup on the nail, if after a little cooling the finger is turned down and the syrup does not drip, then the jam is ready.
After cooling, you can put it in the refrigerator for storage or sterilize the jars, pour hot jam and close the lids.
Bon Appetit! 🍊💥🙏
