Boso Lagman (Fried Lagman)

Ingredients: For the marinade, Meat, Starch, Egg, Salt, Soy sauce, Water, For gravy, Medium onion, Jando or arrows garlic, Garlic, Tomato paste, Pepper, Peking cabbage, Red ground pepper and hajo, For dough, Flour, Water, Salt, Egg

Cooking method:

Pour water into a small bowl and add the egg, then salt and flour. Knead a soft dough. We leave for 30 minutes.

At this time, we marinate the meat. Add starch, salt, eggs, soy sauce, water to the meat, marinate for 30-40 minutes.

So, our dough is ready, we pull the dough. We send the noodles to boiled water and cook for literally 2-3 minutes.

Chop the vegetables, half-rings onion, garlic, jando 3-4 cm, pepper and cabbage in medium cubes.

The meat is ready, pour oil into the pan and send the meat and fry-simmer for 5 minutes, then onion, jando and simmer for 2-3 minutes, mix and add garlic, tomato, salt, spices. Mix well and the last finish - add cabbage and fry for 2-3 minutes, then pepper, fry until half cooked for 5 minutes. Vegetables should be crunchy!

Pour 2 tablespoons of butter and soy sauce into a separate frying pan and fry the dough for 1-2 minutes, and here we add our gravy and our boso lagman is ready! 🤗
