Potatoes with meat in the oven is a very simple dish, but the taste is amazing!
For cooking you will need:
Meat - 500 gr. (any will do - pork, chicken, turkey, beef).
I took a turkey thigh.
Garlic - 2-3 cloves.
Marinade for meat:
Soy sauce - 3 tablespoons
Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.
Condiments - dried ginger, pepper mixture.
Vegetables:
Potatoes - 1 kg. Take more at once!
Carrots - 2 pcs. (large).
Onion - 1 large head.
Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
Spices: sweet paprika, dried ginger, dried garlic, pepper mix, turmeric, mustard seeds, salt.
In fact, you can take absolutely any spices, those that you like!
Step-by-step recipe for potatoes with meat in the oven:
1. Cut the potatoes into 6-8 mm slices.
2. Cut the carrots into slices and the onion in half rings, add to the potatoes. Pour 2 tbsp. vegetable oil - mix.
3. Then add all the spices, salt and mix well.
4. We cover the form where we will cook with foil and send all the vegetables there.
5. We make cuts on the meat and stuff the whole piece with garlic and transfer the meat to vegetables.
6. Let's take care of the marinade. Combine the soy sauce, vegetable oil, pepper mixture and dried ginger.
