A very tasty, juicy and tender dish is obtained from salmon milk. I don't know why many people bypass them. This is a real treat! It turns out sooo gently. Our whole family is very fond of fried milk, especially my husband.

I cook them quite often, because the time takes only 10 minutes. Very fast, simple and of course delicious!

If someone has never tasted milk before, I highly recommend making them and you will be delighted with this dish and wonder why you have not bought them before. They are really cheap)))

For cooking you will need:

Milk - 700 gr.
Chicken eggs - 3 pieces.
Flour
Salt to taste.
Vegetable oil - for frying.

Step-by-step milk recipe:

1. I wash the milk well and if it is too large, cut it in half, salt and stir.

Pepper if desired

2. Batter: drive 3 eggs into a bowl, salt and stir with a fork.

3. Heat up a frying pan with vegetable oil.

4. We take milk and dip it in an egg, then in flour, then in an egg and again in flour. You can do it once, you don't have to repeat it twice. But I like it better, the batter is thicker :)

A very fast way: Roll all the milk in flour at once, then immediately into a bowl with an egg and into a frying pan! Seconds of time!

5. Cook over medium heat for 3-5 minutes on each side.

A gorgeous, delicious dish is ready! Bon Appetit!
