For cooking you will need:
Green beans - 400 gr.
Soy sauce - 3 tablespoons
Sesame - 60 gr. (6 tablespoons)
Apple cider vinegar - 1.5 tablespoons
Olive oil - 1.5 tablespoons
Sugar (I replaced it with Stevia) - 1-2 tsp.

Step-by-step recipe for making green beans:
1. You need to boil the beans. Add beans to boiling water and cook for 5-7 minutes. I took frozen green beans.
Recommendation: during this time the beans will cook, but remain crispy, if you like soft green beans, increase the cooking time slightly and cook the beans until you need them.
2. We heat the pan, do not add oil and fry the sesame seeds for 3 minutes. The fire is slightly below average.
Advice: you need to stir constantly, otherwise the sesame will burn.
3. The beans are already cooked, put them in a colander and rinse them under cold running water. This will help the beans retain their color. We wait until all the water is drained and put the beans in a bowl, where we will prepare the salad.
