Ingredients:

Chicken legs - 2 pcs.

Garlic - 1 clove.

Soy sauce - 3 tablespoons

Mustard - 1 tablespoon

Seasoning for chicken - 1 tsp

Step-by-step cooking recipe:

1. We wash the legs under running water and dry with a paper towel.

2. Prepare the marinade: mix the soy sauce, mustard, seasoning and garlic (finely grated).

Advice: black pepper can also be added if desired.

3. Fill the chicken legs with marinade, rub it well into the meat and leave to marinate for 30 minutes.
