An appetizing, hearty, nutritious and externally attractive salad with shrimps and pineapple will appeal to everyone, without exception, it will become a bright and unusual accent of the festive table. It should be served on a large, beautiful dish, so that each guest can put on his plate as much as he sees fit.

There are different flavors here: pineapple adds sweetness, cheese adds creamy flavor, shrimps complement the whole composition with their rich taste. For salad dressing, we will use yogurt and a small amount of sweet mustard, add spice with a small amount of dry garlic.

Ingredients:

Shrimps - 200 g

Canned pineapple - 100 g

Lettuce leaves - 3 pcs.

Chicken eggs - 1 pc.

Hard cheese - 50 g

Yogurt - 1 tablespoon

Sweet mustard - 1 tsp

Dry garlic, salt, pepper - to taste

Description:

1. Prepare a number of necessary products according to the list.

2. Rinse the lettuce leaves under a diffused stream of water, dry gently, tear with your hands and arrange on a plate.

3. Cook chicken eggs hard-boiled (no more than ten minutes). Peel and cut arbitrarily, you can in small slices. Spread over the salad.

4. Cut the hard cheese into small pieces and place between the eggs. In addition to it, you can use any pickled or smoked cheese.

5. Uncork a can of pineapple, take out the rings and cut into small pieces. Transfer them to a dish.

6. Pre-boil the shrimps for a couple of minutes. During the cooking process, you can flavor the water with laurel, parsley, dill, peppercorns, cloves. Peel the shell of seafood, transfer to the salad.

7. For the sauce, combine delicious thick yogurt, a little mustard, dry garlic, salt and pepper. Stir and remove sample. For acidity, you can add a couple of drops of lemon juice. Season the dish.

Serve the salad with shrimps, pineapples, and cheese immediately.
