The cookie recipe is very simple and quick.
To make cookies you will need:
Proteins from 2 chicken eggs - 70 gr.
Nuts (I used peanuts) - 80 gr.
Flour - 35 gr.
Sugar - 50 gr. (I don't like sweets, so I took 25 grams.)

Step-by-step cooking recipe:
1. Chop the nuts. I am doing this with a blender. You can put nuts in a bag, take a rolling pin and mash well. You don't need to grind the nuts very much directly into flour.

2. We transfer the nuts to a saucepan, add sugar, 2 proteins and stir with the usual false until smooth.
3. The nut mass must be heated over low heat until warm, stirring constantly. It took me 1 minute.

4. Add flour and mix.

We spread 1 tablespoon each. dough and form a flat circle with a diameter of 5 cm.
