Step-by-step recipe for making pancakes:

1. We take out the milk from the refrigerator and pour 200 ml into it. boiling water - mix. Then add salt, sugar, eggs and mix.

2. Sift flour and add in parts. I use a special sieve in the form of a mug and at the same time stir the dough and sift the flour, so it always turns out without lumps.

The dough should be pretty runny and spread easily over the pan. Add 4 tbsp. vegetable oil and mix again.
