For cooking you will need:
Granular curd - 240 gr.
Flour - 250 gr.
Butter - 110 gr.
Sugar - 150 gr.
Raisins - 100 gr.
Eggs - 2 pcs.
Baking powder - 1 tsp
Vanilla - 1 gr.

Attention: all products must be at room temperature!
1. Combine 2 chicken eggs, sugar and vanilla in a deep bowl. Beat with a mixer at high speed until you get a fluffy white mass. I beat for 3 minutes.
2. Add softened butter and beat with a mixer at low speed for about 1 minute.
3. Add cottage cheese and mix with a silicone or wooden spatula.
Advice: if you do not like grains of cottage cheese in the dough, then grind it through a sieve or use a blender.
4. Add 1 teaspoon of baking powder to the flour and mix. Sift the flour in parts and knead the dough.
The dough should be fairly thick and not fall off the spoon.
5. Add to the dough pre-washed in warm water and dried raisins.
6. We distribute the dough into molds by no more than 2/3. I got 2 forms with a diameter of 11 cm.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and cook for about 40 minutes.
We take out the cakes and let them cool completely, then apply the icing and sprinkling. Easter cakes are ready!
