I pour two or three tablespoons of vegetable oil into a saucepan, heat and fry the garlic, cut into slices. Then I take out the garlic and send the finely chopped onion to the stewpan. After 2 minutes - carrots. And fry for a few more minutes.
Now the chicken fillet. I do not chop very finely. I send it to vegetables, salt and fry for about 10-15 minutes.
I grind the cauliflower with a meat grinder, using the largest mesh.
I put the cabbage in a saucepan and add curry (1-2 tsp) Of course, you can add spices to your liking. I think it will be delicious too. But we really liked it with the curry. Super!
I stir it. Salt to taste. And I am carcass covered for about 5 minutes.
