Today I want to invite you to prepare a delicious puff salad with smoked breast.
The salad turns out to be light and satisfying at the same time.

Let's cook
Grate on a coarse grater
- boiled potatoes
- boiled carrots
- 3 yolks and 2 whole eggs
Cut into small pieces
- Pickles
- Green onions
- Smoked chicken breast
For salad dressing, you can just use mayonnaise, but I like to mix mayonnaise and thick natural yogurt in half.
You can also mix mayonnaise with sour cream. Choose the dressing to your liking.
Let's form a salad
I form in the form, but since it is not high for me, I install an acetate film.
Each layer must be coated with dressing.
Lay out a third of the grated potatoes in the first layer
Next, lay out half of the chopped pickled cucumbers
Put half of the sliced smoked chicken breast on the cucumbers
Next, the second layer of grated potatoes
When I salt vegetables, I boil them, so when I form a salad, I don't add any salt.
If you do not salt the vegetables during cooking, then you can slightly salt the potatoes and carrots during assembly.

Pickled cucumbers on potatoes
Then 2 layers of chopped smoked chicken breast
Put the grated eggs and yolks in the last layer
Cover with dressing and put the salad in the refrigerator to brew for 2-3 hours.
Next, we release the salad from the form and the film.
We will decorate the salad on top with finely grated egg whites and boiled beets.
Squeeze the grated beets well to drain all the juice.
Coat the sides of the salad with a thin layer of mayonnaise.
Cover the place where we will lay out the protein with parchment paper.
We spread the beets in a thin layer. It is convenient to do this with a fork.
Remove the parchment paper and lay out the egg white.
Dill and daikon roses (white radish)decorate the salad from the bottom and top.
