Cooking method:

Heat the frying pan together with 30 grams of butter, spread the prepared “dough” evenly. Cover the pan with a lazy achma with a lid and fry over medium heat for 1-1.5 minutes. Reduce heat to low and continue cooking for 5-7 minutes. The top of the cake should not be wet.

Turn the achma over to the other side (to do this, you can first turn the achma over completely from the pan to plate, and then return to the pan) and cook until golden brown under a lid over low heat.

Lazy achma, made from pita bread with cheese, is transferred from the pan to a serving plate, garnished with herbs, if desired, can be supplemented with homemade adjika and fresh vegetables.
