This recipe for homemade cream tested for years. Sour cream turns oily and always with a pleasant creamy taste.
I cook a cream for any sour cream ferment overnight. And not any fuss and problems in the kitchen.
To prepare the cream:
1 liter of milk 1-st. of sour cream (any)
Preparation:
To take natural cream cow's milk, heated until hot, but do not boil (the fatter the milk will be better). I leave to cool milk.
Add warm milk already in ferment-spoon of sour cream, which is done before (for the leaven fit any cream from the store).
Well mixed. Cover with a lid and top wraps a blanket.
I leave everything in a warm room and wait, when there will be top heavy cream. The process takes 5-7 hours depending on the time of year. But if you do at night, the cream will ripen faster.
Rented spoon gently topsheet whipping cream and shifts into the jar (from sour milk and cheese making).
Sour cream put away in the fridge for another day before full maturity. But you can have the already (my usually do not wait, and eat the cream at once).
