Ingredients:
For the dough:

200 gr. sausage (salami) 
50 oz. canned mushroom 
100 gr. Cherry tomatoes) 
250 gr. hard cheese) 
50 oz. olives 
3 tablespoons sauce (tomato)

Preparation:

In a large bowl, mix 50 ml. warm water with sugar, add yeast, mix everything well and is set aside a quarter of an hour to yeast ferment.

Pour slide flour, making a small indentation therein, salt, pour 200 ml. of warm water, and the mixture with yeast.

Add the butter and knead for 5-7 minutes the dough. Blanking of the dough and leave it for an hour.

Cut the sausage and cut across the thin stripes. Cherry tomatoes and sliced ​​mushrooms, olives cut into circles, three cheese on a grater. Mesim coming up the dough until then, until it no longer sticks to the hands. We divide the dough into 6 pieces and roll out each into a rectangle.
