A simple recipe for a favorite dish.
Recipe pizza with salami, mushrooms and tomatoes
Ingredients:
For the dough:
500 gr. flour
250 ml. warm water)
7 gr. dry yeast)
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
For filling:
200 gr. sausage (salami)
50 oz. canned mushroom
100 gr. Cherry tomatoes)
250 gr. hard cheese)
50 oz. olives
3 tablespoons sauce (tomato)
Preparation:
In a large bowl, mix 50 ml. warm water with sugar, add yeast, mix everything well and is set aside a quarter of an hour to yeast ferment.
Pour slide flour, making a small indentation therein, salt, pour 200 ml. of warm water, and the mixture with yeast.
Add the butter and knead for 5-7 minutes the dough. Blanking of the dough and leave it for an hour.
Cut the sausage and cut across the thin stripes. Cherry tomatoes and sliced mushrooms, olives cut into circles, three cheese on a grater. Mesim coming up the dough until then, until it no longer sticks to the hands. We divide the dough into 6 pieces and roll out each into a rectangle.
On two baking spread baking paper, transferred to them rectangles of dough and grease every ½ st. l. tomato sauce.
Grated cheese is divided into 12 parts, all the other ingredients into 6 parts. At first lay out of one part of salami and cheese, followed by all the remaining ingredients and again sprinkle with cheese.
Make a small rim of the dough edges are bent them slightly inward.
Preheat the oven to 200 ℃ and bake for about 20 minutes.
