It is very convenient and practical. This time I have minced turkey. Such freezing methods are suitable for absolutely any minced meat. Just don't add any spices, if you want the minced meat to be stored for a long time and be defrosted as soon as it is done.
Method 1:
We take a regular food bag and put the minced meat there, level it with a rolling pin as thick as a little finger. We leave 10 centimeters empty so that the bag can be conveniently wrapped.

Next, we take a skewer or a stick for sushi (as I did) and visually divide the minced meat into 3 parts horizontally, press with a stick and, as it were, divide the minced meat. We do the same vertically and we get the following portioned squares:
We put such blanks in a pile and send them to the freezer. It is very convenient to get such squares when you don't need a lot of minced meat. They break very easily and defrost quickly.
Method 2:
We take a food bag and put 500 gr. minced meat (another weight is possible), roll it out with a rolling pin as thick as a little finger and also stack such blanks on top of each other and send them to the freezer. It is very convenient, takes up little space and I already know that there are 500 grams in each bag. minced meat. Defrosting is very convenient and quick.

I take a form for eggs, it is possible for ice and cover it with cling film, put minced meat in each cell, cover it with cling film on top and press it with our hands.
