Ingredients:

Cooking method:

1. Small cucumbers should be thoroughly cleaned from dirt and dust, and then soaked in cold water for at least one hour or better than two.
2. Water with cucumber drain, rinse under running water.

4. Banks (1 liter or 1.5 liter), wash with means for dishes, then baking soda. Rinse with cold water and dried.
5. In this recipe, the banks themselves do not necessarily sterilized, but for total reliability is better to conduct this procedure again and dry jars.
6. Fill jars cucumbers very tight, so they took a greater volume of cans.
7. Boil a sufficient volume of clean water and pour it on the cucumber with banks the top.


8. Writing cucumbers stand in boiling water for about 20 minutes.

12. Once the marinade is boiled, you need to reduce the heat and boil it for five minutes. Remove the pan from the brine from the heat and immediately pour it into jars with cucumbers.
13. Sterilize 20 minutes 1.5 liter cans and three 25-30 liter.
14. Pour citric acid pinch to each jar.
15. Covers boil for 3-5 minutes.
16. Remove from pan banks with boiling water and roll covers.
17. Turn over the banks to cover, wrap and leave to cool for 12 hours. Sometimes they remain hot after, then you need to remove the blankets and cool them to room temperature.
