Where does immunity live? In the intestines... (microbiome = immunity). A clean intestine is the key to health!

Let's make our (native symbiotic) microflora pleasant - a healthy fiber breakfast and it will "thank" us with good health (nutrition and detox action are two in one).

Ingredients:

1. Sweet plum - 5-7 pieces

2. Wheat bran - 2 tablespoons

3. Flax seed - 1 tablespoon

4. Date - 3 pieces

5. Water - half a glass

Preparation

Pour the bran into a cup, fill it with cool water, leave it in the refrigerator overnight. Also separately soak flax in water. In the morning we pour over the bran with hot water, drain this water.

We immerse the bran and flax in the blender container, add the plum pulp and date pulp (for sweetness). Then add warm water. Beat until thick and homogeneous.

We use this healthy mixture for breakfast (even more effective after a couple of glasses of hot water). Bon appetit to us and our microflora! (the intestine is the second brain and our mood depends on its state)
