Today I will share a very simple and quick recipe for making chicken marinade. The meat is very tender, juicy and tasty. In this marinade, you can cook not only chicken, but also any other meat.
For this recipe, I took poultry, it is large, so two thighs and legs are enough, I do not remove the skin.
For the marinade, you will need to peel and chop two red onions, it takes the most time, everything else happens in seconds. I take the red onion, because it contains more sugar than the usual one, the marinade is tastier.
Next, squeeze the juice of one lemon into a bowl, add one tablespoon of mustard, three cloves of garlic squeezed through a press, salt and pepper to taste. I mix everything well and water the chicken.
The chicken should be well "bathed" in the marinade, add the onion. Cover and leave overnight. You can leave it on for 3 hours, it will also be enough, but if you leave it overnight, the result will be much better.
As a rule, I bake such a chicken with potatoes, cut it into slices, salt and add spices, and mix. Then I add oil and mix again.
I put the potatoes on the bottom of the baking sheet, and put the chicken on top and pour out the whole marinade. I bake at 180 degrees for 1 hour.
Ingredients:
Chicken thighs and drumsticks 4 pcs
2 red onions
1 lemon
3 cloves of garlic
1 tbsp. a spoonful of mustard
salt and spices to taste
