Recently, I was preparing myself gravy from beef with vegetables that are used with buckwheat or pasta (durum or whole grain). And I decided to share with you my recipe for gravy.
Of course, each family has its favorite recipe like dips, but maybe my will also be useful to someone dietary diversity.
KBZHU: K-90, B-7.7, F-5.5, V-2.5.
And so we need:
- lean beef - 250 grams,
- medium carrot - about 70g,
- 1 small onion - about 60g,
- large tomato - about 180gr,
- bell pepper 1/2 small or medium pepper - about 100g,
- salt, black pepper, dry garlic, allspice - 2-3 pea, bay leaf - 3.2 leaf.
- a drop of olive oil.
Preparation.
At the drop of olive oil begins to brown the chopped beef. Salt, pepper, add the dry garlic - to taste.
Rub the carrots and finely chop the onion and send all to the pan to beef. Slightly fry and add water - 0.5 liter. Simmer until half cooked beef.
Chopped bell pepper and tomato add to the pan. Put the bay leaf, allspice and bring to readiness.
I like to serve with buckwheat or pasta, as will be well with rice.
