Finally Friday! I do not rejoice that came off as a happy Friday. Friday - a foretaste, this is the last time, this is the day, when it is precisely possible to make plans for the weekend.
But Friday - it's a day when I have to finish all the work, so that it does not distract me at the weekend.
So today I am almost the whole day at the computer.
Breakfast is my today - two buckwheat loaf (25 g) with curd cheese (20 grams) and fish paste (40 g). And 110 g of curd cake blueberry under Jasmine Green Tea. Over breakfast at meal time is necessary to drink vitamins and omega-3 capsule.
Breakfast came on 420 kcal.
Today, I did not bring anything interesting but not very interesting work on the computer. Distracted from work to go to Zen and read the comments and answer your questions. And well, of course, to lock particularly bored haters, I love this thing).
At the snack I have today 40 g of cheese with thin rye bread roll (40 g) - 170 kcal. Very much like cheese.
Even today I was distracted from work to cook dinner and part-time dinner for those who missed dinner at home).
For lunch, I had 180 grams of boiled potato and 200 g chicken liver stewed in cream sauce with vegetables.
Lunch turned on 360 kcal.
After lunch, I went for business and shopping, and returned in time for dinner.
A dinner I tomato salad (120 g) and cucumber (60 g), filled with sausage and balsamic (minced chicken breast, spices and herbs, 160 g).
I know that we should not have berries and fruit in the evening, but still measured out yourself 200 grams of cherries. Very much like fresh cherries, fresh from the market. Gone are the days when I was terrified plus on the scales now I understand that as the water came and gone. Maybe this is wrong, but I'd better Indulge yourself with a sweet cherry in the evening, and the water will go where it is going to go away.
It turned out to dinner 280 kcal.
All in all, the day I won in 1230 kcal.

I wanted to dedicate the evening exertion, but she could not bring herself to. And all because a couple of days ago I started to make not just a bar, but it made it more difficult, adding some movement. And after such a complication strips I have a few days feel like sore muscles where I did not even know that I have them)).
