When I want something sweet 😋, but without harming my figure, I cook dessert from apples. No flour and sugar❌

Hello dear readers, thank you for visiting my channel!

Today I will share a very simple recipe for a quick dessert from ordinary apples. No sugar, honey or artificial sweeteners need to be added. In addition, this dessert can be diversified by adding various nuts, seeds and dried fruits to it, which will make it not only tastier, but also healthier.

So, for the preparation of a dessert for two people, I take three medium-sized apples, peel and cut into small cubes. The sweeter and tastier the apples are, the tastier the dessert will be.

I put the apples in a small baking dish and proceed to the rest of the preparations.

In a small bowl I mix 3-4 tablespoons of oatmeal, 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds and salt. You can also add flax seeds, nuts, it will be especially delicious with almonds. Then I add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil and mix well.

I put the resulting mixture on top of the apples and send it to the oven, already preheated to 180 degrees, for 30 - 40 minutes.

You can eat such a dessert even when it is still slightly warm, you can add yogurt if you wish, and this, in my opinion, will be an excellent breakfast.
