I don't wash rice! There is absolutely no need, it cooks perfectly without rinsing and it is very clean. First, I take as much rice as I need, measure with a cup. I fry the rice in a frying pan with butter. If you want more dietary, then fry on vegetable. I fry constantly stirring until all the grains acquire a yellowish color.
I fill it with water, lightly salt. You can pour boiling water and set to cook as written on the package.
In the meantime, I peel and cut the carrots.
And I clean and cut the onion and set it to fry in vegetable oil.
As soon as the onion acquires the color as in the photo, golden, add carrots to the onion and bring the carrots to readiness. Don't forget to stir so it doesn't burn! Don't forget to salt.
In the meantime, the rice is already ready, lay out the finished rice.
Stir, add butter for taste. Close the lid and let it brew and the flavors combine. The amount of rice depends on your desire. However, the amount of both carrots and onions depends only on you.
