Previously, for breading, I always poured crackers or flour into a plate, dipped a cutlet or a piece of fish there, for example, and after cooking, I had to clean the entire kitchen and wash the plate from the breading for a long time (especially if it flour).
But I haven't used a plate for a long time! I found a way much easier and much more convenient!
I put the breading in the bag. And I dip the cutlet (or something else that needs to be breaded) immediately into the bag with breading.
Then I gently shake the bag and that's it! The breading covers the product evenly!
Hands stay clean! The table remains clean! And no dirty dishes!
It is very convenient to use this particular method if the product is first dipped into beaten eggs and then into flour. For some reason, there is usually more breading on the hands than on the product 🤔 And with the method of breading in a bag, the opposite is true - exactly as needed - the breading is not on the hands, but evenly covers the product!
I also use this method when you need to brew something small - for example, pieces of mushrooms or cabbage inflorescences, as well as small fish. I threw everything into the bag at once, shook it - and you're done! Without long "crumbling" in the plate.
And then you can just throw the package away.
Write, do you use this method? If not, try it, you will like it))
Here (in the cutlet recipe) I just use this method of breading:
