In total, you will need 5600 gr. minced meat. I have a pork leg-2400 gr. and beef-3200 gr.
Of this amount, I will show 7 options for minced meat blanks.
The beauty is that such blanks are very time-saving, defrosted and you can cook right away!
We proceed to the preparations from minced meat.
1. The first preparation is meat cutlets with carrots.
We pass 1 carrot and 1 onion through a meat grinder. Combine with minced meat, add 1 egg, salt, dried garlic and frozen herbs to taste.
Mix everything well, form cutlets and roll in breadcrumbs.
We send the finished blanks for storage in the freezer.
2. The second preparation is meatballs in a creamy sauce.
These cutlets are very tender and my children simply adore them.
We pass 1 carrot and 1 onion through a meat grinder. Combine with minced meat, add rice, salt, dried garlic, spices to taste.
It is not necessary to boil the rice (just rinse it).
Mix everything, form meatballs and roll in flour.
3. The third option is zrazy with potatoes.
In this option, 3 potatoes, 2 carrots, 1 onion should be minced through a meat grinder, add to the minced meat, 1 egg, salt, spices to taste.
The zrazy are very tasty and tender, try it.
For the next two blanks, you need to prepare in advance the refried onion and carrot.
4. Lazy cabbage rolls.
I have more than one festive dinner without lazy cabbage rolls.
Everything is simple here. Combine minced meat with overcooking, with rice, with chopped cabbage, add an egg, salt, spices to taste.
We sculpt cabbage rolls, put in a baking dish and put away for storage.
5. Stuffed pepper.
Since summer, I always have bell peppers in my freezer.
Fill the frozen peppers with ready-made minced meat and store them in the freezer.
6. And follow up-Zrazy with cheese.
An unusual and delicious option for lunch or dinner.
We take minced meat 400 gr., Combine with 1 onion, with 1 egg, with 2 slices of black bread soaked in water or milk. Add dried garlic, smoked paprika, salt, spices to taste.
Put a piece of hard cheese in each cutlet, roll in flour and put away for storage.
7. From the remaining minced meat, you can make several more blanks according to these recipes or in another way for a change.
I put the rest of the minced meat in pip-bags for freezing. Such bags can be quickly defrosted, which is quite convenient.
