I am sharing with you a very tasty, healthy, quick recipe for cooking zucchini in the oven. The baked zucchini is amazing. It is convenient to dip such zucchini in sauce. You can imagine that these are fries))))))) I will also share a recipe for a sauce that is ideal for such zucchini.

I rub cheese on a fine grater
Grind the garlic (it can be grated or through a press) and add to the cheese.
Half a teaspoon of sweet paprika, 1/4 teaspoon of salt and one heaped teaspoon of seasoning (I have herbs of Sicily - you can take Provencal or Italian herbs) add to the cheese and mix well.
Zucchini wash well and wipe dry. My zucchini are young, so I will not peel the peel and take out the seeds.
I will cut the zucchini into cubes. I cut the zucchini lengthwise into 2 parts.
I take one piece and cut it in half
Then again in half. It turns out 2 halves
I cut each half into 2 parts and get the following pieces:
I cover the baking sheet with parchment and put pieces of zucchini close to each other.
Lightly grease the zucchini with oil.
Sprinkle zucchini with cheese breading.
I cook zucchini in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 10 minutes. Then I turn on the upper heating and another 5-7 minutes.
In the meantime, the zucchini is preparing, I will make a delicious sauce:
Add finely chopped dill, chopped garlic and a little salt to the sour cream. Mix well, the sauce is ready!
