When I first cooked such a soup, I didn't think that it would be a frequent guest on our table. But how wrong I was! I cook this soup all the time and as soon as the household finds out that today "the very soup" there is no limit to joy!
The soup is prepared very quickly and simply - this is another huge plus.
The pumpkin soup is very aromatic, velvety, tender and creamy. I highly recommend making this pumpkin puree soup for you. I am sure that you will have it "registered" for many years.

Step-by-step recipe for making pumpkin soup:
First of all, I put a pot of water (1.5 liters) on the stove. Let it boil. In the meantime, let's start with vegetables.
I rub the carrots on a coarse grater.
Finely chop the onions.
I clean the pumpkin and cut it into small cubes. Here is my "beauty":
I will also cut the potatoes into cubes and transfer them to the pumpkin.
The water is already boiling. I add bay leaves and set the potatoes and pumpkin to cook until tender. If foam develops during cooking, it can be removed.
In the meantime, I heat up a frying pan with butter (you can replace it with sunflower oil).
I cook the onions and carrots on the fire, the essence is below average for about seven minutes. I interfere periodically.
Pumpkin and potatoes are ready - it's been 20 minutes since boiling. I take out a bay leaf.
I add onions with carrots, spices (sweet paprika, turmeric, black pepper, salt) and processed cheese cut into cubes to the pan.
I stir and cook for 5 minutes.
Already in the cooked soup I add chopped garlic clove and interrupt the soup with a blender. It is not necessary to interrupt with a blender.
Everything is ready! This is how easy, simple and quick you can make pumpkin soup - puree. The scent is incredible.

- 500 gr. pumpkins.
- 130 gr. Luke.
- 60 gr. carrots.
- 400 gr. potatoes.
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 processed cheese (90 gr.).
- 1.5 liters of water.
- From spices: ΒΌ tsp. turmeric, 0.5 tsp. sweet paprika, black pepper and salt to taste.
- 30 gr. butter or sunflower oil.
- Croutons - optional.
