Just a gorgeous tomato salad! Very aromatic, tasty, juicy, beautiful. I cook it very often. Even when we go to nature, I always cook tomato salad directly in a plastic container. Very convenient, fast and everyone is happy. Indeed, not a drop remains - and this is in the literal sense. All friends dunk their bread and enjoy the taste.

The tomatoes should be washed well and wiped dry.
I cut the tomatoes not very finely, in such pieces. I take multi-colored tomatoes, so the salad looks more spectacular.
I transfer the tomatoes to a plastic container (or plate).
The note: I took the salad with me to the picnic.
I add spices: turmeric, coriander, black pepper, salt and garlic squeezed through a press.
We need lemon zest. I take a lemon and rub it on a fine grater. I add one teaspoon of lemon zest. (The scent is simply divine).
Chop the parsley (not very finely).
Chop the green onion finely.
Add greens to tomatoes and stir everything with a spoon.
Then I squeeze one tablespoon of juice from the lemon and add it to the salad.
I will also add two tablespoons of olive oil, mix and serve!
If it stands a little, then the taste becomes even richer. Bon Appetit!
