You can take any meat. Chicken, pork, turkey, beef will do. It always works with any meat. I have a turkey breast this time.
Cut into portions of about 1 centimeter.
I beat off pieces of meat on both sides for a short time, it turns out so thin:
Sprinkle the meat on one side with dry garlic (there was no fresh one), black pepper and salt.
Advice: you can use your favorite spices.
Separate the yolks from the protein. My eggs are small, 45 grams each, I took 4 pieces. All products will be at the end of the article.
I break the yolks with a fork and leave for now.
Here it is, the secret of chic chops - I add a little salt to the proteins and beat with a mixer at high speeds for a couple of minutes into a fluffy white mass!
I take one piece of meat and dip it first in the yolk, then in flour and whites.
I send the future chops to a skillet well heated with oil and cook for a few minutes over medium heat on each side.
I cook for about 3 minutes. It all depends on what kind of meat you are cooking from.
Just look at how airy the chops are, the meat is juicy and very tasty!
