Today I will remind you of my favorite recipe for homemade mayonnaise. It is prepared without eggs, in milk. This is very important when there are children in the family. The recipe is prepared very quickly!
I pour 100 ml of milk at room temperature into a container.
I add 200 g of vegetable oil.
Beat with a submersible blender. The sauce begins to thicken immediately.
I add 1.5 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar.
I add 1 teaspoon of mustard.
I also add 1/2 teaspoon of salt.
Beat thoroughly with a blender again. The mayonnaise is almost ready.
Look at how thick the consistency is.
The mayonnaise turned out to be very rich. To reduce the calorie content, I will add 150 grams of natural yogurt. For salads, it will turn out just perfect.
I stir it.
You can add garlic, various spices, chopped herbs to mayonnaise.
I put homemade mayonnaise in a nice cup :)
The mayonnaise was prepared very quickly, literally in 2 minutes. Such mayonnaise is stored for at least 3 days in the refrigerator.
