Simple and hearty pie with cabbage stuffing - what could be better?! Write down the recipe.

Ingredients:

Article 3.5. flour
1 egg
1 h. l. dry yeast
3 tbsp. l. vegetable oil
Article 1.5. l. Sahara
0.5 hours. l. salt
1 glass of warm milk

egg yolk for greasing

For filling:

0.5 kg of cabbage
1 head of onions
1 carrot
a pinch of salt
pepper to taste
oil for frying

Preparation:

1. Dissolve sugar in warm milk and yeast.
Give dough stand for 10-15 minutes, the yeast active.

2. In a separate bowl, beat egg with vegetable oil.
Pour the resulting mixture into yeast.

3. Stir and pour back another 1 cup of flour.

Next, enter part of the remains of the flour and knead the dough.
It should get soft and not sticky.
Roll the dough into a ball, put in a bowl and cover with a clean towel.
Remove heat in an hour more for lifting yl.

4. Cabbage cut into strips, but not too thin.

5. Carrot Wash, peel and grate.
Onions cleaned from the husk and cut into cubes.

6. Sauté the onion and carrot until soft.

Add to skillet cabbage and stew until tender. Add salt and season with pepper to taste the filling.
