This blank is versatile and is stored in an ordinary apartment in a box with spices, and takes up very little space and can be stored for years!

Cover the baking sheet with baking paper and spread the pepper.

I got three baking sheets.

I put three baking sheets at once in an oven preheated to 80 degrees for about 4 hours. The oven should be slightly open.

After 4 hours, the pepper is completely dry. I take it off the paper. It's very easy to do, nothing sticks.

Grind peppers in a blender and get amazing, aromatic paprika! There is no such thing in the store!

Two kilograms of fresh pepper make 81 grams of paprika.

I store paprika in small containers with a tightly closed lid.
