I have collected a large harvest of sweet peppers from my garden (the last one this year) and I will make my favorite preparation for the winter from pepper. This blank is versatile and is stored in an ordinary apartment in a box with spices, and takes up very little space and can be stored for years!
TWhat kind of preparation is possible even for a novice hostess: you will not have to worry that the lid will fly off, that it will not be stored for a long time. Everything is simple here!

For cooking we need:

Let's start cooking!
The pepper should be washed well and dried with a towel, or simply left on the table to dry itself. I take exactly 2 kilograms of pepper.
Next, you need to grind the pepper, and I will show you several ways how to do this.
1). Just finely chop the pepper with a knife (not the fastest way, but everyone has a knife 😂, right ?!)
2). We take a grater and rub the pepper (on the one hand there is such a "mysterious" grater, which very few people use).
So we rub it! Very thin pieces are obtained.
3). We take a special shredder and finely rub the pepper. With this device it turns out the fastest. I'll use it!
That's how much pepper I got.

Cover the baking sheet with baking paper and spread the pepper.
I got three baking sheets.
I put three baking sheets at once in an oven preheated to 80 degrees for about 4 hours. The oven should be slightly open.
After 4 hours, the pepper is completely dry. I take it off the paper. It's very easy to do, nothing sticks.
Grind peppers in a blender and get amazing, aromatic paprika! There is no such thing in the store!
Two kilograms of fresh pepper make 81 grams of paprika.
I store paprika in small containers with a tightly closed lid.

Where I use: I add to meat, borscht, soups, vegetables. And I also dilute it with water and get an amazingly delicious pepper paste!
