We love fish very much, and somehow my husband surprised me with a new recipe, and even without dirty dishes! The fish turns out to be very tasty, immediately with a side dish and looks very beautiful. You can even serve on the festive table. Prepared in portions. Since then, we have been consistently preparing such a dish 2-3 times a week.

This dish is prepared in the oven quickly. For the entire recipe: from the very beginning to serving the dish, it takes about half an hour. The husband does not like to mess around in the kitchen for a long time.
Let's start preparing this interesting dish already!
I cut the onion into half rings. Carrots, peppers and zucchini in thin strips.
* All vegetables need to be cut fairly thinly so they cook quickly. It is important!
Now let's get to the fish. For this recipe, fillets of absolutely any fish are suitable. (You can buy ready-made fish fillets, it's easier this way). I used the little-eyed grenadier.
I recently discovered this budget marine fish. It is called Makrurus. In the city of Kursk, it costs about 170 rubles per kilo. Sold without a head and already gutted. I buy several pieces at once, cut them into fillets and then use them. I feel so comfortable.
This fish does not have any pungent odor (unlike Pollock, for example) and it also has few bones. There are no small ones at all. Filletting is very simple.
And I also learned that this is the most dietary fish and it has only 32 kilocalories per 100 grams. and a complete set of amino acids! So who is on a diet, I recommend taking a closer look. If you see such fish in the store, try it. I learned that it is caught in the Far East from a depth of over 1000 meters, the fish is very clean (there are no parasites and harmful impurities in it).
I found more site with recipes for little-eyed grenadier, there is a lot of interesting information about her, I really liked it.
We will have 4 servings of the dish, so we need 4 pieces of fish.
I put the fish in an ordinary plastic bag (everything, as I said, no dirty dishes).
Add some soy sauce, dry garlic, ginger, honey and pepper. I stir it. Let the fish marinate. You can take any spices!
Now let's get to the foil molds. You can buy ready-made, but they are expensive.
The husband came up with this: took a glass of yogurt (about 10 cm in diameter, 6 cm high).
I cover the glass with a piece of foil and press down with my hands.
I turn it over, cut off the excess and remove the finished form from the glass. Done!
I transfer the forms to a baking sheet or to a baking dish.
I will add a few drops of vegetable oil to each form.
Then I put the vegetables in the following order: onions, carrots, peppers, zucchini.
Above is a piece of fish.
We close each form with a piece of foil to cook faster.
