This is a very good way to cook beans, my direct participation in this recipe is no more than 5-10 minutes, the oven will do the rest. I really love these beans, the taste is amazing.

Step-by-step recipe for making beans with a photo:
I always soak beans overnight. I think this must be done.
Today I have white beans.
You will need a liter glass bottle. I got it from the juice.
Putting beans in a bottle - it's very easy to do
Finely chop the parsley (you can dill)
Finely chop the basil - it will give a special taste and aroma of beans.
If fresh is not available, dried can be used.
I also put the greens in the bottle.
Chop the garlic finely and put it back in the bottle.
Salt and pepper to taste.
I add a couple of tablespoons of olive oil (can be replaced with sunflower oil).
I breed tomato paste with water so that it is convenient to pour into a bottle and pour over the beans.
I fill the bottle with plain cold clean water so that the water completely covers the beans.
I take a piece of the stamp (you can use a clean cloth) and close the neck. This will act as a lid and water will evaporate through the fabric.
I put a bottle of beans in the oven on the lowest level on the wire rack, turn on the temperature 120-130 degrees and cook the beans for 2 to 3 hours, depending on which beans you like - very boiled or not. I cooked white beans for two hours and twenty minutes.
If you think that turning on the oven for a long time for a bottle of beans, then I disagree with you. You can make several bottles at once or make a jar of chicken next to it, thereby getting a full meal.
By the way, it is very easy to get it out of the bottle, just "shake it out". You can watch the video above where I showed how I took out the beans.
Here are the beans. Very fragrant, tasty, I adore it! Bon Appetit everyone!
