Delicious, crispy lightly salted cucumbers with a unique taste. This is our family recipe and as soon as the cucumber season begins, I cook them all the time. Including the festive table. All the guests are happy and it has never happened before that at least one cucumber remains.
Such pickles are prepared very quickly. Can be done right before a holiday or picnic. These cucumbers are ready in 30 minutes, but the longer they stand, the more delicious they become! Try as you like best.

First of all, I wash cucumbers well. I cut off the stalks and cut into 4 parts, you get cubes. If you have large cucumbers, then first cut it into 2 equal parts, and then each half into 4 parts. So it will be more convenient to eat and look more beautiful.
I put the cucumbers in a container, where I will marinate.
Advice: if you cook cucumbers for a picnic, then you can do it right away in a food bag.
I chop the herbs: I have dill and parsley. Dill I take "umbrellas", but you can also ordinary. We also cut the "legs" from greens, it will only be more aromatic.
I shift the greens to the cucumbers.
In a separate plate I pour 1 teaspoon of salt (two can be used), add 2 teaspoons of honey without a slide, one and a half tablespoons of apple cider vinegar. I mix and pour cucumbers with this marinade.
I add 2 chopped garlic cloves, black ground pepper, 4-5 "crushed" allspice peas, 2 cloves.
Advice: if you like hot cucumbers, add hot red pepper to taste.
I close the container with a lid and shake it well. I put it in the refrigerator and try it in 30 minutes. I like! But the longer they stand, the more delicious they become. Bon Appetit!
