New recipe for tomatoes for the winter! No vinegar, but pickled. The taste is extraordinary! The tomatoes are delicious, I don't have a single jar until spring - we eat everything)) Try it too, the recipe is very good!

Ingredients:

tomato
garlic
salt
sugar
lemon acid
Bay leaf
black pepper

Draw your attention: I have a recipe for one can of 3 liters.

So, in the prepared jar we put one or two bay leaves, 7-10 peas of black pepper, if desired, you can add parsley or dill leaves.

Then put 5 cloves of garlic and put the tomatoes. We put them tightly enough, but do not tamp them so as not to damage. Fill with boiling water, cover the jar with a lid and leave for 15 minutes.

Then pour this water into a saucepan and add another half glass of water. Put it on the stove and now prepare the tomato marinade. Add salt and sugar to the water.

The proportions for one three-liter jar are as follows: 5 tablespoons of sugar and 3 teaspoons of salt. Then add citric acid - 1 teaspoon.

Bring the marinade to a boil and immediately pour the tomatoes into it. Fill right up to the top so that it almost overflows. It is important that there is practically no air in the jar.

We roll up the jar, turn it upside down and leave it in this position for a day. You can cover the top with a blanket or something else warm. Then we put it away in a dark and cool place. Delicious tomatoes for the winter are ready! Bon appetit, friends!
