Ingredients: minced chicken, Chinese cabbage, rice, carrot, tomato, onion, salt, pepper, spices, herbs
Cooking method:
Boil rice for about 10 minutes until half cooked, rinse and combine with minced meat.
Grate one onion on a fine grater, add to minced meat. Rinse the Beijing cabbage and finely chop, add to the minced meat. Stir the minced meat, add salt, pepper and spices (I have Mediterranean seasoning) to taste.
Let the minced meat brew, and for now we will prepare the sauce.
Grate the carrots, finely chop the onion. Peel the tomato from the skin and cut into cubes.
Fry onion in a small amount of vegetable oil, add carrots and tomatoes, simmer for about 5-7 minutes.
Add about a glass of water, salt and add your favorite spices to taste. Simmer another 10 minutes. We form balls from minced meat (I got 8 pieces) and put them in the sauce.
Simmer over medium heat, turning occasionally for 30-35 minutes.
