Step-by-step recipe for chicken in the oven:
The chicken needs to be washed and dried well. My chicken is homemade, but from the store it will work too.
I will prepare the marinade:
In a bowl I mix soy sauce, lemon juice, olive oil. Olive oil can be substituted for sunflower oil.
With this marinade, I will prick the chicken - this will add juiciness to the chicken. I put the marinade into the syringe and prick the chicken from all sides.
The chicken will visually increase in size - that's what we need.
I transfer mustard, honey, chopped allspice, salt, a teaspoon of oil into the bowl where the marinade was. For piquancy, I also add tangerine powder. I mix everything.

I grease the chicken with this fragrant mixture from all sides and inside.
If you wish, you can stuff the chicken with something. I'll take the potatoes.
I cover the chicken with cling film and leave it to marinate at room temperature for an hour and a half.
Time has passed, I put caps and foil on the wings and legs so that they do not get burned. But this is optional.
I cook chicken at 180 degrees for about an hour and a half, homemade usually about two.
