We love champignons very much, as soon as we haven't cooked them... and fried, and stewed, and boiled, and baked. But I learned this recipe quite recently, and we liked it so much that now, as soon as I buy champignons, I cook several pieces at once... So far fresh!

I choose larger mushrooms for this recipe, I like it more. But it is possible and not very large, in general, what they are.
I remove the film from the mushrooms and cut off the edge of the "leg", these are the white mushrooms that should be.
I cut the mushrooms into thin plates.
I put it on a plate in one layer.
Now I'll prepare the marinade.

One teaspoon of seasoning (I take "Caucasian herbs", you can also Provence, for an amateur already) I transfer to a deep plate.
I add granular mustard and black pepper.
Finely chop the green onion and add to the dressing.
I squeeze one tablespoon out of the lemon and add it too.
Three tablespoons of olive oil (sunflower oil is also possible), I will mix everything well.
Now salt to taste and mix again. The filling is ready.
I pour the mushrooms with this marinade, evenly distributing them.
You can eat right away, or you can leave it for 10-15 minutes, let it brew a little.
Sprinkle with finely grated cheese before serving
That's it, the appetizer is ready! This is delicious. Previously, I would never have thought that raw mushrooms can be eaten, but after trying, now I make them like this all the time.
