Step-by-step recipe for making homemade chocolates:
Pour raisins and prunes with hot, freshly boiled water for 5 minutes.
You can use dates instead of prunes.
In the meantime, in a blender bowl, grind oatmeal (I have a long cooking) and any nuts. This time I took walnuts, with them I like sweets the most.
Here is such a homogeneous mass:
I drain the water from the dried fruit. I cut a little smaller prunes and add them to the blender bowl to the oatmeal with nuts.
I also add the sliced apple without the skin. Grinding again. It turns out a gruel, it is not necessary to achieve 100% homogeneity. When you come across small pieces of dried fruit - even tastier!
I transfer the crazy smelling "dough" into a deep plate. Believe me, I already want to eat it!
Add cocoa and mix well. All! You can shape sweets.
I moisten my hands in cold water and form a round candy.
Roll it in cocoa and on a plate! By the way, I also like to roll such sweets in crushed corn flakes, I really like it. Can be in sesame, coconut, chopped nuts. A bunch of options.
I get 17 candies from so many ingredients.
