A very quick way to cook lightly salted red fish at home. For every holiday I buy red fish and salt it myself. Ready-made is very expensive in the store. I counted and it turns out that making lightly salted fish is 4 times more profitable.
My recipe is very simple, I have been using it for many years and I am 100% sure of it. Red fish is lightly salted, very tasty and ready in 3 hours.
I have never seen a simpler recipe. Usually people bother a lot and salt the fish for 2-3 days, but what's the point? Why take so long? They add a bunch of spices, interrupt the taste of the fish itself... And some even manage to add vodka ...
It's much easier! After my recipe, you will not return to another. As I did in my time.

I always buy frozen fish. I believe that after freezing it becomes safe. I never salt fresh, and we rarely sell it.
This time I bought fresh frozen Salmon at the price of 350 rubles. per kg. I got on the action. I bought more than 7 kg. (it turned out very profitable). Fish to parents, grandmother... Well, it will go away. Only 3 fish and it turned out.
I take a piece of fish, cut it into 2 parts (along the ridge) and so I get a fillet. I also get the bones (there are not many of them). Wipe with paper towels to keep the fish dry.
I cut the fish immediately into portioned pieces (convenient for sandwiches or just prick with a fork and into the mouth).
I take a container and salt it immediately in it. I put a layer of red fish, then sprinkle with salt, then again fish, salt... Etc.
Important! You need to take the usual rock or sea salt.
500 gr. fillet, I take 1 tablespoon with a slide of salt - that's enough.
This is how it happened:
I leave in this video (open container) on the table for 15 minutes, let the salt soak into the fish.
Then I close the lid tightly and put it in the refrigerator. The fish is ready in 3 hours!
I take it out, rinse it with water to remove excess salt and dry the fish with paper towels. (to be dry).
It's so easy and simple to make lightly salted red fish. According to this recipe, I salt salmon or salmon. (fatty fish).
You don't need any spices, let alone oil... ... Fish is already fatty itself.
