I love zucchini and I have a lot of recipes for such a wonderful vegetable. Now is the season, and I cook zucchini almost every day. So today I want to share with you an insanely tasty, simple, and even nourishing, but healthy recipe for cooking zucchini. I am sure you will appreciate it!

For this recipe, zucchini or zucchini are suitable. Who loves what. I've grown zucchini. Although, to be honest, I don't notice much difference between zucchini and zucchini. What do you think?
My zucchini and cut into cubes. They are young, I see no reason to remove the peel and seeds. We will only get more vitamins.
I also cut the tomatoes into cubes. I take 3 medium tomatoes.
Finely chop the onion.
In a frying pan preheated with oil (literally 2 tablespoons), fry the onions for 5 minutes over medium heat.
Then I add tomatoes and zucchini.
Salt, pepper to taste. I add more spices "Herbs of Greece" 1 teaspoon. They are very aromatic. But you can replace it with your favorite seasoning or just do with pepper. I will mix everything.
I cover the lid and simmer for 15-20 minutes.
The dish is almost ready. Squeeze the garlic into a frying pan through a press and add canned beans. You can just boil it. Which have. White or red beans will do. It can be in tomato sauce or in your own juice. Delicious with anyone!
I stir it and serve it to the table. Garnish with parsley or dill.
