  • canned corn - 70 g
  • crab sticks - 50 g
  • boiled egg - 1 pc.
  • orange - 1 pc.
  • garlic - 1 clove
  • mayonnaise - 1 tbsp. l.
  • parsley
  • toothpicks

Step-by-step cooking recipe:

  1. Cut out circles with a diameter of about 14-16 cm from thin pita bread. Cut all the prepared circles in half. Cut out more halves of circles from the remnants of pita bread.
  2. From the blanks of pita bread, we roll up the bags and fasten them with a toothpick. I got 12 bags.
    Put all the pouches on a baking sheet. We put in the oven preheated to 220 degrees and dry for about 5-7 minutes. We take out the buns from the oven and immediately, while they are still hot, take out the toothpicks.
  3. Preparing the filling for the pouches. Cut off the peel from the orange along with the white film. Cut out orange slices without films with a knife. Cut the prepared slices into small pieces.
  4. Cut the boiled egg into pieces too. Cut the crab sticks into circles. Grind a small bunch of parsley.
  5. Pour 70 g of corn, eggs into a bowl, add chopped crab sticks, orange and chopped parsley. Squeeze a clove of garlic through a press here. We fill the filling with 1 tbsp. l. mayonnaise and mix.
  6. With the prepared filling with the help of a teaspoon, fill the pita bread pouches.
  7. We lay out the finished appetizer beautifully on a plate and serve it on the table. The snack in the bags turned out to be beautiful and original.

Snack rolls with vegetables

Ingredients:

  • thick sausage (slicing) - 14 pcs.
  • carrots - 1 pc.
  • pickled cucumber - 2-3 pcs.
  • cheese - 80 g
  • mayonnaise - 30 g
  • green onions - bunch

Step-by-step cooking recipe:

  1. Let's prepare all the ingredients. First, cut the cheese into slices, and then cut the slices into cubes about 4-5 mm thick. We also cut small pickled cucumbers into cubes.
  2. Cut fresh carrots lengthwise into the same pieces as cheese and cucumber. Cut the carrots first into slices, and then into cubes.
    We take about a liter of boiling water and put the prepared carrots in it and leave it for 5-7 minutes. You do not need to put the stewpan on the fire anymore. After 5-7 minutes, remove the carrot sticks from the water. They became aldente.
  3. We take a small bunch of green onions and cut off the white part, we do not need it. Put the green onion feathers in hot water in which the carrots were just cooked. Hold the onion for about 10 seconds and remove it immediately. The bow becomes soft and does not break when tying.
  4. Cut large slices of thinly sliced ​​sausage or ham in half.
  5. We fold the rolls. Place the prepared onion feather. If the feathers of the onion are wide, then it is advisable to divide them lengthwise into two or three parts. On it half a circle of sausage. Grease the sausage with mayonnaise. Put the carrot, cucumber and cheese cubes into the mix. I put 2 sticks of each ingredient. We wrap the sausage in a roll.
  6. Tie the resulting roll with green onions. You can also fasten the roll with a skewer or a toothpick. Cut off the excess tails of the onion. The roll is ready. Using this method, we prepare all the rolls.
  7. The appetizer of a roll with vegetables turned out to be very tasty. It looks beautiful on a festive table.

Pancake appetizer with red fish

Ingredients:

  • eggs - 3 pcs.
  • salted red fish - 100 g
  • long cucumber - 1/2 pc.
  • cream cheese - 80 g
  • red caviar - 50 g
  • milk - 3 tbsp. l.
  • salt to taste
  • ground black pepper

Step-by-step cooking recipe:

  1. Let's make egg pancakes. Break 1 egg into a bowl, add a little salt and pepper with black pepper. Pour 1 tbsp here. milk or water. Mix well with a fork or whisk.
  2. Grease the preheated pan with butter. Pour out the egg mixture. Fry the egg pancake over low heat, first on one side, and then turn it over to the other side. Remove the finished pancake from the pan onto a plate. So we cook all three pancakes.
  3. Cut a long cucumber in half lengthwise, and then cut one of the halves lengthwise into 4 more long pieces. Cut a piece of red salted fish into long slices about a centimeter wide. We cut each plate lengthwise into 2 more parts. Place the cream cheese (Almette, Philadelphia or Mascarpone) in a culinary bag.
  4. We put the appetizer. Put a long piece of red fish on the egg pancake. Squeeze cream cheese along the entire length of the pancake to the side of the red fish. We put the prepared cucumber. We carefully roll everything up.
    So we prepare three rolls.
  5. Cut the finished rolls into portioned pieces. Put the rolls beautifully on the dish. Top rolls can be decorated with red caviar
  6. The dish is ready, you can serve it on the table. The appetizer in pancakes with red fish turned out to be very tasty and beautiful.

Canapes with bread

Ingredients:

  • toaster bread - 1/2 loaf
  • cherry tomatoes - 200 g
  • green olives - 1 can
  • cream cheese with herbs (Almette) - 100 g
  • lettuce leaves - 2-3 leaves

Step-by-step cooking recipe:

  1. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
  2. Cut off the edges from a slice of toaster bread. Roll out the crumb with a rolling pin into a thin layer.
  3. Lubricate it with cream cheese. I smeared Almette cream cheese with herbs. You can also brush it with melted amber cheese. Roll the bread into a roll. If the edges turned out to be ugly, then we cut them off with a knife.
  4. We cut the roll itself into 2 or 3 parts, it all depends on the size of the toaster bread.
  5. We fold the canapes. Put a piece of lettuce on the prepared rolls. On a skewer, string an olive and half a cherry tomato. We insert it into a bread roll. In this method, we add all the canapes.
  6. The canapes with bread turned out to be very tasty, beautiful and satisfying.
