This recipe is not very common and very interesting, fat has the original taste and pleasant aftertaste of garlic!

Thus, fresh fat marinated refrigerated steep brine with the addition of laurel, black and allspice, mustard seeds and the crushed garlic.

Lard and garlic marinade

Ingredients:

Sol 120 g
Mustard seeds 1 h. l.
Dried pieces 2 bay leaf.
Black pepper peas 5 pcs.
Allspice ground 3 pcs.
Water 700 ml
4 garlic tooth.
Lard 400 g

Preparation:

Step 1:
For the preparation of bacon and garlic marinade, we need the following ingredients: fresh fat with meat layers, garlic, pepper, black pepper, allspice pepper, salt, bay leaf, mustard seeds, water.


Step 2:
Prepare the marinade for fat. The pan pour salt.
Step 3:

Step 4:

Step 5:

In warm marinade add the chopped garlic and leave it to cool.
Step 7:

Step 8:

Step 9:
Close the jar lid with lard and put in the refrigerator on the bottom shelf marinate for 3 days. Small pieces of fat will be sufficient and 2 days.
