Every day I weigh foods and count calories and it has become a habit and does not burden. A weekly results on the scales - happy.
For breakfast, I have today curd Casserole (90 grams) and two small loaves of bread, 10 gr. One loaf cheese (25g), the second with a fish paste (25gr). Well, I love the sandwiches, what to do.
Green tea with jasmine, is my favorite. Also Vitaminki capsule and omega-3
Just happened to breakfast 365 kcal.
A snack at 11 o'clock I apple (210 g) - 100 kcal.
Lunch - cheese soup, no one is to eat up was his joy and I ate last a plate (480 gr). To half tomato soup (50g) and bell pepper (15 c).
Lunch turned on 405 kcal.
After lunch, I could just walk. Nor in cases of any store or somewhere else and just walk for fun. I can not remember the last time I walked. Hopefully now I will be more likely to walk, because that's such a beauty (photo below), not far from our house!)
For dinner, I quickly put out the minced chicken breast with green beans, bell peppers and tomatoes, generously add your favorite spices. Portion out about 200g - 220 kcal.
And an hour after dinner, I drank kefir (180gr) - 90 kcal.
The rate of water I drank today, walked into a grove.

Total for the day turned 1180 kcal.
